What it is

What is ConGreeto?

ConGreeto is an AI sales platform. It answers a company’s website visitors in real time, works out who is worth calling, files the conversation as a lead, and reports which campaign actually paid for it.

It is not a chatbot with a reporting tab bolted on. The assistant, the lead scoring, the pipeline board and the campaign attribution are one system built on one record model — so a conversation that starts at 11pm arrives on a salesperson’s board the next morning already scored, already staged, already owned and already attributed to the ad that brought the visitor in.

ConGreeto is designed, built and operated by Brillnex Systems. Signup is public, the widget loads on any website from a single line of code, and everything described on this page is in the shipped product.

Who it is for

  • Real estate
  • Automotive
  • Clinics & health
  • Professional services
  • E-commerce
  • And anything you configure

Sales teams, small businesses and multi-brand operators who want website traffic turned into qualified leads — and want to know what the traffic cost.

The problem

Traffic arrives. Nobody is at the desk.

Most companies spend hard money getting a visitor onto the site and then leave the last three feet to a contact form. Four things go wrong, in order.

The visitor shows up at 11pm

Interest does not keep office hours, and it does not wait until Monday. A form takes a name and a promise to reply; by the time anyone does, the visitor has already asked someone else the same question.

A transcript is not a lead

A generic chatbot answers from general knowledge, misses what the business actually sells, and hands over a wall of text. Somebody still has to read it, judge it, and type the useful parts into a system.

Leads land in a list and die there

A spreadsheet or an inbox has no stage, no owner and no follow-up date. Nothing tells you which of yesterday’s forty enquiries is worth a call this morning, so the good ones cool off with the rest.

Nobody can say which ad paid

Ad platforms report clicks and the CRM reports revenue, and the two never meet. Budget keeps going to the campaign with the best click-through rate rather than the one producing customers.

The solution

How ConGreeto solves it

ConGreeto closes the gap in five steps. Each one hands the next a finished thing, so nothing needs re-typing and nothing waits for a human to be awake.

One system, from the visitor to the invoice.

  1. 01

    A visitor lands

At 11pm, on a Sunday, from an ad you are still paying for. The assistant is already on the page — one line of code, served from its own subdomain, styled to look like your site rather than ours.

  2. 02

    They start talking

Answers come from your own website, your documents and your catalogue — not general knowledge — and arrive in the visitor’s own language, across 30+ of them including right-to-left. The qualifying questions a salesperson would ask get asked conversationally, so contact details arrive as part of the exchange instead of as a form.

  3. 03

    They get scored

Hot, warm, nurture or cold, applied as the conversation happens, with a written summary and the full transcript kept beside it. The fields that matter to your industry are extracted into the record rather than left buried in a chat log.

  4. 04

    They enter your pipeline

The lead is filed on a five-stage board at the right stage, with an owner and a follow-up date. Drag a card and the dashboard updates. Three roles, a leaderboard and an audit trail keep a team honest about who touched what.

  5. 05

    You see what paid

Every conversation is attributed back to the campaign that brought the visitor in — direct and influenced, so a campaign gets credit for conversations it started but did not close. Spend in, revenue out: cost per lead and ROAS, per campaign.

Features

What is in the product

Everything below is shipped and running. Not a roadmap.

A pipeline, not a list

Five stages with assignment, follow-up dates and drag-and-drop. Customers name their own records, fields and statuses, and the dashboards are generated from that model — so the reporting matches the business rather than the software.

Which ad made money

Cost per lead and ROAS reported against real spend, with direct and influenced attribution. Built to answer one question honestly rather than to fill a dashboard.

Every lead scored

Tier and sentiment applied live, an AI summary of what was said, and the full transcript attached to the record. No reading forty conversations to find the two worth calling.

30+ languages

Including right-to-left rendering for Arabic, Urdu, Hebrew and Persian. A visitor can switch language mid-conversation and the assistant follows.

Sounds like you

Tone, conversation length and how hard the assistant pushes are all yours to set, as is how it looks. It should read like your company, not like a vendor.

Trained on your own content

Crawls your site, ingests uploaded documents including scanned PDFs, and takes catalogue data or custom entries for anything the rest does not cover. Re-training is a button, not a support ticket.

Built for a team

Three roles with access levels, a leaderboard, and an audit trail across the life of a record. Multi-brand operators can run more than one under a single account.

Industry templates

Real estate, automotive, clinics and health, professional services and e-commerce ship as starting configurations — a head start, not a cage. Anything else is customisable.
