Cookie Policy

This policy lists the cookies and similar technologies brillnexsystems.com uses, what each one is for, how long it lasts, and how to turn the optional ones off.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, and let us measure how the site is used. This policy also covers similar technologies — local storage, pixels, and browser-side scripts — which do the same job by different means.

2. Cookies this site uses

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell data collected through cookies.

3. Strictly necessary vs optional

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off through a consent control. Everything else — analytics, business identification, and the chat widget — is optional. Blocking the optional ones does not stop you reading any page on this site or contacting us by email or phone.

If you are visiting from the United Kingdom, the EEA or Switzerland, we ask before any analytics or visitor-identification cookie is set. Choose Decline and Google Analytics and Apollo never load at all. Everything on the site stays available to you: every page, the contact form, and the chat widget.

Outside those regions we load analytics without asking, as permitted by local law. You can still block them in your browser at any time using the controls in the next section.

4. How to control cookies

You can control or delete cookies at any time:

  • Change your mind — if you were shown our cookie banner and want to reverse your choice, delete this site’s cookies in your browser and reload the page. The banner will ask again.
  • Browser settings — every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, and most offer a "block third-party cookies" option. Check the privacy or security section of your browser’s settings.
  • Google Analytics opt-out — Google publishes a browser add-on that prevents Analytics from collecting your data on any site.
  • Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control — where your browser sends these signals, our analytics providers honour them according to their own policies.
  • Blocking scripts — a reputable content blocker will stop the analytics and visitor-identification scripts loading at all.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the site to behave unexpectedly.

5. Changes to this policy

We review this policy whenever we add or remove a tool that sets cookies. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
